• Collaborate with product and SEO teams to align content with business goals

As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the friendly expert our users rely on. From helping customers spin up their first VPS to guiding advanced users through networking issues, you’ll be part of a support team that’s fast, human, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
• Handle live chat and support tickets for technical and billing inquiries
• Assist with issues related to KVM virtualization, IP configurations, DNS, firewall settings, etc.
• Guide new customers through platform features (snapshots, backups, OS reinstallation, etc.)

• Knowledge of technical SEO, site structure, and performance optimization
• Comfort working with tools like WordPress, HTML basics, and schema markup
